When using our service for translation, you represent that you either own the rights to the content you're translating or have permission to translate it. Zfuro is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from user activities.

You retain all rights to the translations and adaptations you create using our platform. Zfuro does not claim ownership of your translations or the original works you translate.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zfuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Data Security & Privacy

8. Payments & Refunds

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically only issued for service outages or technical issues lasting more than 24 hours.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice. Major changes to functionality will be communicated to users in advance when possible.

10. Governing Law
